Who we are
ChattyCourier provides logistics software for customers, riders, and courier companies (“tenants”) operating deliveries via WhatsApp and the web.
Data we collect
- Contact: phone numbers, names, email (company accounts)
- Delivery: pickup/drop-off addresses, package photos, notes
- Location: rider live location during active trips
- Identity (riders): national ID number, vehicle plate, ID photo for verification
- Payment: Paystack transaction references (we do not store card numbers)
How we use data
We process data solely to quote, dispatch, track, and complete deliveries; verify riders; operate tenant company portals; and comply with law.
Multi-tenant companies
Courier companies using our SaaS module can view jobs and riders assigned to their organisation. Each tenant’s riders and deliveries are scoped to that company.
Sharing
We share delivery details with assigned riders and customers as needed to fulfil a trip. We use subprocessors (Meta WhatsApp, Paystack, Google Maps). We do not sell personal data.
